GENERAL GUIDELINES
- The registrations will close on 9th September at 11:59 pm IST.
- After registration, the team can start working on the ideation under any domain of their choice.
- Only those teams completely registered with us complying with the requisite payment using our form before the deadline shall be considered moving forward. The payment and registration details can be found at : https://forms.gle/RNtYv4ZoMywF2aMx6
- HACKtastic v1.0 will consist of two phases :
Phase 1 :- Under Phase 1, an abstract of the ideation is required to be summed up in no more than 500 words, along with a copy of the presentation which has to be submitted before 10th September 11:59 PM IST. The submission forms will be made available to the successfully registered teams on 10th itself.
Phase 2 :- Under Phase 2, the teams managing to meet the Phase 1 deadline will be presenting their pitches for their products/ideas to our judges who will assess and mark the teams on their respective presentations and QnAs under the following criteria :-
- (1) Uniqueness of the idea
- (2) Feasibility of implementation
- (3) Bussiness aspect
- (4) Technical backing
- ➼ At HACKtastic v1.0 we welcome all your ideas and a working model of your product is not necessary for participation or assesment. Unfinished models would be sufficient even for winning, let alone participation.
- ➼ The top three winning teams will recieve exciting prizes including cash, certificates, goodies and much more !
- ➼ The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Please treat all other hackers with the utmost respect. We ask that you act kindly, behave professionally, and do not insult or put down other attendees. Remember that harassment and racist, sexist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for this event. If at any point you see a fellow hacker being harassed, please talk to the nearest hackathon organizer.
- Please treat our sponsors, organizers, and judges with the utmost respect. Without them, nothing would be possible. Consider taking some time out of your work to go meet and speak with them. If they come over to talk to you, we ask that you give them a bit of your time. They're here for you! Show them you appreciate it.
